Fragrances: My Vivienne Westwood "Cheeky Alice" Fragrance and Gift

I got this a while ago (a few months now), but just realised that I might post it on my blog just for randomness *^^* It came with a quirky Vivienne Westwood cosmetic bag, and so I decided to try their fragrance for the first time. I own accessories from Vivienne Westwood (leather goods i.e. bags and wallets, but I never tried their fragrances).
 I haven't opened my bottle of VW Cheeky Alice yet, but I know it's a light floral fragrance *^^* and I tried it before I bought it. I'm saving it for an official opening one day when it's needed o(*^^*)o 

Vivienne Westwood is very popular with sub-culture groups and extremely famous in Asia (for her relationship with Punk - notably Sex Pistols manager - and influencing fashion in Kpop/Jrock groups).

The new fragrance from Vivienne Westwood is this feminine and provocative perfume which perfectly embodies our Cheeky Alice. At the heart of this cheeky and delightful fragrance is a fresh and floral bouquet that perfectly captures Alice's femininity and impertinence. The delicacy of the lily of the valley catches your attention and subtly leads you to a voluptuous and noble fragrance of fresh peony mixed with a touch of rose, eternal symbol of womanhood. The bottle looks like the flask of a magic potion. Its sensual and voluptuous line is adorned with an adorable red bracelet that fastens with two hearts symbolising Alice's magnetism and irresistibility. 

It's an 'eau de Toilette' which I don't usually buy but it was a refreshing light scent *^^*. I usually go for 'eau de Parfum'; it just indicates that there is a higher 'perfume to alcohol' ratio. The higher the perfume the longer the scent stays and less of an 'alcohol smell' which is usually stingy and overpowering *shudder*. But a higher perfume ratio such as 'eau de Parfum' or 'Parfum' (pure perfume) means it comes at a higher price. Now you know why cheap fragrances can be quite nasty and stingy to smell! So be careful *^^*

A continuation of our Glam Grunge, this Spring Summer IIJIN is all about the Neons! Electric Blue, Orange, Green and Fuschia are the basic colors. More collaboration work was done with artist Cassian Lau to bring new exciting graphics to our print collection. Original graphics were used in T shirts, dresses and shirts. Silhouettes include clean cut shirts with a hint of graffiti, cigarette pants, sexy shorts, micro minis and loose fit T shirts. Fabrics used are mostly variations of cotton. Keeping it natural and soft to the touch.

• "Alice Nine" was spelt out using "ateji" (where Chinese characters/kanji are used to sound out a word i.e the words mean nothing). The "hello" written on the board as well is written in ateji, but uses the characters "death" and "suffering", so it's commonly joked(?) that delinquents would use that kind of spelling
• Kusuta Eriko is an elderly female TV announcer
• "Kyai~n" is a comedic duo comprised of Udo Suzuki and Amano Hiroyuki
• "Sakigake!! Otokojuku" is a comic turned cartoon from the mid-1980s
• The character for SCREW's vocalist, "Byou" is 鋲 and it means "thumbtack". The character Tora wrote, 針 'hari', means "nail", which is why Hiroto said they can be put into the same category
• Matsuura Aya is a Japanese pop singer
• Hagoromo Foods is a food manufacturing company
• "Hana-sama" is a joke that the fans made up. It is a fictional character and takes its name from everybody's favourite song, "Hana".
• Ikko is a transgender TV personality
• "Kaerema10" is a segment on the show "Moshimo no Simulation Variety o Tameshi ka!", where the guests go to any place that sells food and orders the top 10 sellers
• "Winning Eleven" is a soccer/football game
• "Tamori Club: For the Sophisticated People" is a late-night show that deals with social phenomena (usually) from the viewpoints of people obsessed with said thing
• "Miyaneya" is a news / information show hosted by Miyane Seiji. The show's name literally means "Miyane House", and is created by adding the suffix for "house/shop" at the end of "Miyane". Tora did the same thing, adding the suffix to his name to form "Toraya", which is also the name of a store that sells Japanese confectionary
