My mother made abalones these for two days now, and they're finally ready to eat! They take days of preparation and cooking, until they're soft and full of flavour! In Asian countries, it's considered a gourmet, luxury food, and not many people are able to prepare this dish at home; it's usually something you order at high class restaurants.
