• Tora feels like he should follow up with "How are you?", because he sort of sounded like Antonio Inoki when he said "Hello"
• "Mito Komon" is a period/historic drama
• Dasoku is a singer from Nico Nico, and also one of Shou's close friends
• Aerosmith is an old band fronted by Steven Tyler
• "Jonathan's" (I misspelt it in the subs) is a coffee and restaurant chain. It's your avearage franchise
• "Family Mart" is a convenience store chain
• "Tora Talk" is a rip off of "AmeTalk", a variety talk show which many comedians appear on. With the logo, the "Alice9 Channel" staff erased the bottom part. 
• "Lotteria" is a fast-food franchise
• A "fully aware comedian" is a reference to a phrase used on "AmeTalk", and used to describe someone who knows a lot about a particular subject
